Review Summary and Plot Commentary about The Villain
Kirk Douglas plays "Cactus Jack" Slade, a has-been gunslinger.   Charming Jones is on her way from her father's house to deposit a large sum of money in the bank. Slade's job is to ambush her while she is on the way and take the money. Unfortunately the girl's father Parody Jones has hired a bodyguard, played by Arnold Schwarzenegger, to protect her from harm. Slade is not deterred and he sets about stopping the wagon and collecting the silver. This is a spoof on westerns. It is the human version of Wile E. Coyote and the Roadrunner, Slade being Wile E. and Charming being the Roadrunner.
