| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Without a Paddle |
After one of their close friends passes away, three high school friends are brought together. They decide to head back to the old treehouse for old times sake and they discover a treasure box that was still there since they
were kids. Along with childhood memories, they discover a map that their late friend had put in there pointing to a $200,000 treasure. Sensing that this may be the last time the trio spends a lot of quality time together, they set out to fulfill his legacy and search for the lost treasure.
Leaving their girlfriends, jobs and everything else behind, they head out on a canoe. After surviving encounters with a bear, raging rapids, pot farmers and a crazy mountain man they begin to learn how important friendship really is by sticking together.
