| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Ordinary Decent Criminal |
Michael Lynch is an Irish man who has lived outside the law his entire adult life. Michael makes his living committing high profile robberies. We first see him riding down the street on his motorcycle. He arrives at a bank shortly before it is due to open. One of his partners, Noel, is waiting for him and they proceed to rob the bank. Michael hurries out of the bank and heads to the courthouse. He uses the fresh cash to pay his legal bills. As soon as court is over he heads home to his loving wife and her sister, also his lover, and their children. Michael loves being a criminal as much as he does his family life. The life of a criminal proves to be tough on him and his lifestyle. Due to high profile crimes that embarrass the police, Michael Lynch becomes enemy number one.
