Anton is a teen pothead who dropped out of school and lives in his wealthy parent's basement. He is obsessively in love with the outgoing neighbor girl, Molly, but he's too afraid to talk to her. One day, he sees her drop a notebook from her bag as she passes his house. He picks up the notebook and sheepishly drops it off on her porch but she sees him. As she is thanking him in her seductive manner they agree to a date.
Unfortunately for Anton, that is also the day that his right hand is taken over by an unknown magical force and he has no control over it anymore. The mystical force has already killed Anton's parents but he was too high to notice this, plus he never likes to leave his basement. His hand then tries to kill his two best friends (as Anton apoligizes) and the friends become living-dead, comic sidekicks. They continue to party with Anton as he tries to figure out what's wrong with his hand.
He has his date with Molly and the whole time he is trying to kiss her but his hand is trying to choke her. He finally ties his hand to the bed and Molly thinks this is kinky and enjoys it. Molly continues to date Anton as he tries to solve the problem with his hand.
