| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Team America: World Police |
From the minds of the creators of South Park, this movie consists solely of puppets trying to save the country from terrorists attacks.
Gary is a broadway actor who is approached by Spottswood, leader of Team America. Spottswood tells Gary about all the danger of terrorists and that they need somebody who is an exceptional actor to go undercover and find where the terrorists are going to strike next.
The only problem though, is Team America causes more destruction than the terrorists. As they fight crime, the blow up such national landmarks as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Egyptian pyramids and the Sphinx.
After an investigation, the team finds out that North Korean dictator Kim Jong Il is behind all of the attacks.
The team goes to North Korea to fight Jong Il as they try to fend off Hollywood liberals who are complaining about how wrong war is.
