Review Summary and Plot Commentary about McQ
McQ is a movie directed by John Sturges in 1974.

Det. Lt. Lon McQ investigates, without his hierarchy's consent, the brutal death of his partner Sgt. Stan Boyle. McQ suspects the drug dealer Manny Santiago to be the one responsible for the murder. One day, an informer tells McQ that Santiago is about to commit an important drug heast. The policeman quickly understands, but too late, that Santiago intends to steal the narcotics caught by the police forces during the month. McQ tries to expose Santiago but the Mexican drug dealer manages to prove to him that he has been himself deceived. The drugs stolen by him are nothing else than pure sugar. Somebody in the police force, has already taken possession of the narcotics.
