| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Night Moves |
NIGHT MOVES was directed by Arthur Penn in 1975.
Private eye Harry Moseby has just discovered that his wife Ellen is cheating on him when he's asked by ex-actress Arlene Iverson to find her 16 years old daughter Delly who's left home. Moseby finds Delly at her stepfather's home in Florida and brings her back to Los Angeles.
A few weeks later, Delly dies during a movie stunt. Moseby thinks she's been murdered and comes back to Florida. There, he finds out that Delly, while scuba-diving, had discovered a sunken plane belonging to smugglers and recognized the pilot. When Moseby is attacked while trying to recover the Mexican relics lying underwater near the plane, he's then sure that she was murdered.
