| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Kitty Foyle |
Kitty Foyle is a hard working secretary who comes from a poorer class family from Philly. She begins working for the charismatic socialite Wyn Stratford (Dennis Morgan) and eventually they fall in love. And eventually Kitty realizes that the relationship will not work because of the class difference. She files for divorce and tries to move on. The only problem is that Wyn keeps popping in and out of her life. She finally meets a nice doctor gentleman named Mark Eisen (James Craig) who eventually asks her to marry him. She is torn between her ever present love for Wyn and the logic that Mark is best for her. It comes down to eloping with Mark or running away to South America with Wyn. Who will she choose?
