Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Nobody's Perfect
Stephen (Chad Lowe), a freshman playing tennis for the college male team, got a crush on the popular co-ed blonde Shelly (Gail O'Gerdy), who also played tennis for the female team. Since then, he daydreamed about her and neglect the training in the tennis team and was finally kicked out. Shelly was dating the most popular boy of the college and paid no attention to other male student.

When Shelly needed a roommate at the girl dorm, Steve came up with the idea of disguising himself as a new female student to get close to his dream girl.

Shelly adored her new roommate, Stephanie, that was Stephen called his female figure's name, was a very good tennis player although there was something awkward about her. Besides, Selly gradually put her trust on Stephanie and confined in her her downhill relationship with the notorious boyfriend. Fat chance came when they broke up. But how could Steve ask her out when she only knew him as a girl?
