| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Disturbing Behavior |
DISTURBING BEHAVIOR was directed by David Nutter in 1998.
The Clark family has just arrived in Cradle Bay. During his first day at Cradle Bay High School, Steve Clark makes the acquaintance of Gavin Strick, a teenager who helps him to form an opinion about the different cliques of the school. The strangest of these groups is The Blue Ribbons constituted of model students. Gavin is almost convinced that they are all hypnotized in some way.
At first skeptical, Steve changes his mind the day Gavin becomes himself a Blue Ribbon. In the company of his friend Rachel, Steve will investigate the career of Edgar Caldicott, the school doctor, and finally discover that Caldicott is making neurological experiments on students with the hope to erase in them their peculiar personalities and make them like their parents would like them to be : perfect, polite and studious.
