| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Back to Bataan |
During WWII, when the Japanese overtake the Philippines, the American army intervenes.
The Philippino people are proud and they choose to fight.
An American Colonel rounds up as many Philippinos as he can and they make their way a beach to meet american submarines. They take out several small platoons of Japs along the way.
At a meeting to supposedly give independence to the Islands, the Japs are ambushed by the Colonel and the Philippinos.
The Colonel and the Philippinos are asked to clear landing sites for more American troops and hold off the Japanese's advancements until the American army arrives.
The Philippinos are able to hold off the majority of the Japs. And when one of the Jap tanks does get through, the American troops show up just in time to stop it.
The proud Philippine people had fought for and won their freedom and independence.
