A single father named 02 was ex-con promises his son Junior that "I'll always come back for you," his promise is tested when he was trying to be a good person for his son but he was forced back to go outside the law after the event in which his son was carjacked.
After O2's son was kidnapped by the vicious leader called Meat of the outlaw organization this result into shootout and chasing. O2's cool cousin Lucky tries to mediate, but he gets caught between criminal and family loyalties.
Wily street-smart hustler Coco fatefully crossed O2's path just moments before O2's son was kidnapped. Now wily is the only one who can help O2 to get his son Junior back.
Lucky is send to O2 for the ransom money $100,000 for his son Junior's freedom, O2 and Coco seize the opportunity to ditch competitor elements of the South Los Angeles underworld against each other. Wily and O2 outwit the criminals and save Junior and themselves.
