Ricardo Tubbs is a very stylish and quiet smart man. Tubbs like with Bronx-born Intel analyst Trudy. Both Tubbs and Trudy are in reality cops but they work undercover transporting drug loads into South Florida because they have to discover and capture a gang responsible for three murders.
One charismatic and flirtatious undercover cop Sonny Crockett also working with the supplier of the South Florida gang. The case gets worse when Crockett get romantically involve with Isabella. Isabella is the wife of an arms and drugs transferor.
The case gets really intense that the undercover cops Crockett and Tubbs are pushed out onto the edge where it is hard for them to identify the boundaries clearly, where cops and criminals become one especially for Crockett in his love for Isabella and for Tubbs in the aggravation of an attack on those he loves.
