| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Employee of the Month |
In this movie they are showing the employees of a big super store and for the workers at the cavernous store the most desirable honor is "Employee of the Month" award. The employees of the month have their photo commemorate on wall of fame in the staff lounge. Zack Bradley and Vince Downey are the two especially competitive among Super Club workers whose ten years of employment have resulted in hugely unlike career paths.
Vince has advanced to become the head cashier and he is the winner of 17 uninterrupted employees of the month awards with the support of his trusty sidekick Jorge. While Zack is the ultimate lazybones with messy appearance and lay back easy going attitude has made him popular among his colleagues but he has reserved himself stuck in the lowly ranks of the store's box boys.
The duo's Vince and Zack longtime competition comes to a bitter head when Amy a beautiful new cashier transfer to their store with a reputation of only dating employee of the month award winners, she right away becoming the object of both Zack and Vince's affection also adding flames to Vince and Zack's rivalry.
Vince immediately makes a good impression on Amy with his crowd pleasing style and Zack's shabby attempts to charm on Amy quickly backfire against him. Amy slipping away from now Zack's only chance to win Amy's affecting rests in winning the store's next "Employee of the Month" award.
This movie is rated PG-13 for crude and sexual humor, and language. Filming locations are Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. This movie is full of laughter having a very funny cast including Dane Cook, Dax Shepard, Efren Ramirez and along with beautiful Jessica Simpson.
