| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Saturday the 14th |
Married couple John and Mary and their children Debbie and Billy move into a beautiful home that was inherited to them from a dead uncle. Day by day the family goes by their daily chores until Billy finds a mysterious ancient book but unknown to him, the book releases things that is beyond his own imgaination.
Soon after he opens the book, horrible creatures make themselves comfortable in the home, including a mer-man keeping a tight eye on Debbie in the bathtub, a servered head found in the refridgerator and eyeballs swirling around in John's coffee in the morning. Even worser than that Mary has two punctures teeth marks on her neck and dislike the taste of food and despite the strange things going on in the house everyone except Billy live their lives normally and believe it is all in Billy's head.
Not only the book reveals all these weird creatures but a vampire Waldemar and his wife have been looking for the ancient book for the longest and now trying to find a way to get into the house and track down the book for themsevles. A pest exterminator Van Helsing, a wise man knows all about the secret of the book and partners up with Billy as he knows the answer to send all these monsters back where they belong. But Billy and Van will have to be hasty before the date Saturday the 14th comes along.
