| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Running Scared |
Two cops Ray Hughes and Danny Constanza enjoy more of the lighthearted side of life; playing cards and cracking jokes. But their boss Det. Frank Sigliano instructs them to follow up on a drug bust as the boss hires a snitch named Snake, get them to the place where big time drug boss Julio Gonzalez (recently out of jail)is making a deal.
However things go real bad as Hughes and Constanza is both spotted and were one step away to getting killed. Sigliano in loss of words of how the duo did a crappy job, demands the two to take a relaxing vacation in sunny Key West Florida. The guys does not mind taking a break; so off they went to the place where there are full of beautiful women and a bar spot where they frequently hang out.
Hughes and Constanza realizes that Key West is where they want to be at pernamently, and right away make a plan to retire as cops in a 30 day period and buy the bar with Constanza's inherit money from his dead aunt. Their trip is soon turned into a halt as their boss wants them back to catch Julio- once again out to killed Hughes and Constanza as Julio makes a effort to kidnap Constanza's ex wife Anna in return to get his drugs back.
