| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about The World Is Not Enough |
An anarchist named Renard wants to change the world of oil by detonating a submarine's nuclear reactor in the middle of Istanbul, killing millions of people. James Bond is assigned to protect the recently kidnapped Elektra King.

Pierce Brosnan is back as agent 007, this time protecting a beautiful oil heiress (Marceau) from the evil and ruthless Renard (Carlyle). Although Denise Richards does hurt the movie for some people, as Dr. Christmas Jones, with plenty of intrigue, betrayals, action and excitement, the world belongs to 007!
