| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about The Seven Year Itch |
Marilyn Monroe is simply delightful. Well, that, and damned sexy, too! In Director Billy Wilder's sex comedy, Marilyn plays the incredibly sexy (right!) upstairs neighbor of Tom Ewell--whose wife just happens to be on vacation. What a temptation! "To do or not to do"! Wilder is in his comic element/genuis here and this cult/pop classic is well deserving of its reputation!
