| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Do The Right Thing |
This Spike Lee masterpiece is the most genious movie imaginable dealing with topics such as racism. Being entertaining and very thought-provoking at the same time, it really drills into the heart of the issues, not just scrath the surface. Each actor give a huge soul to their characters, making them range from likeable (Mayor, Mookie, Sal, Radio-Rakeem, Love Daddy) to unlikable (supercool John Turturro's prickiest role to date, Sal's racist bastardish son Pino). A truely spectacular masterpiece.
