Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Woyzeck
WOYZECK was presented in 1978 by german director Werner Herzog. Based on the famous theatrical play of Georg Büchner, the movie depicts the tragic story of the poor soldier Woyzeck played by an hallucinated Klaus Kinski. Woyzek is hearing strange voices coming from the "second nature" of all things. Nothing is what it seems. Another superb movie of the german genius.
