Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Rush Hour
One early morning the daughter of an asian diplomat is kidnapped. The asian diplomat wants one of his people to help so he calls Detective Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan). Since the FBI think they won't like him very much, they call LAPD and get Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker)to escort him around town. Lee and Carter get frustrated and decide to take matters into their own hands.
