| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about The Wild Bunch |
In the twilight of the American West, an aging band of outlaws set out to do one last job and then quit. Pike Bishop leads the group, walks into an ambush waiting for them during a robbery. They are pursued by Pike's former comrade,Deke, who gets out of prison if he hunts down the gang. They move into Mexico and go to work stealing guns for a corrupt Mexican General. The shoot-out between the Bunch and the General's army is extremely intense.
